How do you deactivate display one on a dual display video card?

I am trying to deactivate Display 1 and make all windows and everything show up on Display 2 on a PNY nVidia GeForce FX5200 Graphics Card with 2 displays. 1 has to go.|||go into your cards menu and make monitor 2 the default one, then set the card to single display mode, i used to have the same card|||click slide 2
